 Hospitality Culture Manager (Profit Share Opportunity)

 Part-Time Leadership Position | The Pub Durango 

Lead the room. Set the tone. Create unforgettable hospitality.

• You’ll be responsible for the full operation team, service, and performance, while creating an environment where both staff and guests feel taken care of.
•  This is a hands-on leadership role focused on front-of-house management, staff development, guest experience, and community engagement. Working alongside ownership and the leadership team, you'll help create an environment where guests feel welcome, staff feel supported, and hospitality comes naturally. 
• We’re looking for someone with warmth, presence, accountability, and an ownership mindset someone who can lead calmly and confidently while creating an environment where both staff and guests feel genuinely taken care of.
• Independent restaurant or bar experience, management, events coordination, marketing are all beneficial to the position.
•  This position includes regular floor leadership shifts, particularly evenings and weekends, while also helping coordinate events, support staff training, and build the culture that defines The Pub Durango.

Bar Manager

Lead the bar. Inspire the team. Create genuine hospitality.

The Pub Durango is looking for a hands-on Bar Manager to help launch and lead the heart of our pub.

This is more than managing a bar. You'll help build the culture, train the team, and create the welcoming atmosphere that guests remember long after they've gone home. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, leads with kindness and confidence, and believes that great hospitality starts with taking care of your team.

You'll oversee daily bar operations, inventory, ordering, quality, and service standards while coaching bartenders to deliver friendly, authentic experiences every shift. If you naturally build relationships, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy mentoring others, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For
A friendly, approachable leader who enjoys working with people
Experience managing a bar or leading a beverage team
Strong knowledge of beer, spirits, and responsible alcohol service
Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control
Excellent organization and attention to detail
A passion for training, coaching, and developing others

Kitchen Manager (Profit Share Opportunity)

The Pub Durango is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the launch of our new Irish pub. This is more than a management position; it's an opportunity to help shape the systems, culture, and standards of a kitchen from day one.
