 The Pub Durango is bringing an Irish-inspired neighborhood pub to North Main — built on hospitality, warmth, and making people feel at home. We’re opening this summer (July target) and building a team that leads with a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and genuine care for guests.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

General Manager (Profit Share Opportunity)

Lead the room. Set the tone. Run the business.

• You’ll be responsible for the full operation—team, service, and performance—while creating an environment where both staff and guests feel taken care of.
• We’re looking for someone with warmth, presence, accountability, and an ownership mindset — someone who can lead calmly and confidently while creating an environment where both staff and guests feel genuinely taken care of.
• Independent restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Performance-based bonuses and long-term growth opportunities available for the right candidate.

Kitchen Manager (Profit Share Opportunity)

Own the kitchen. Deliver consistency. Support the experience.

• You’ll run kitchen operations while ensuring every plate supports the welcoming, quality-driven experience we’re creating.
• What matters: Organization, consistency, food cost awareness, and calm, team-focused leadership. Bonus: Profit share tied to kitchen performance.

• Cook: Deliver consistent, high-quality food with care. You’re part of the experience just as much as the front of house—every dish matters.

• Bartender: Create a welcoming, lively bar experience. You set the pace and energy—engaging with guests, keeping drinks flowing, and making sure no one feels overlooked.

• Server: Make guests feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. You guide the experience with attentiveness, warmth, and efficiency—always thinking ahead.

• Host: Be the first smile guests see. You create the first impression, manage the flow, and make every guest feel acknowledged right away.

• Hybrid Busser / Barback: Support the team and keep everything running smoothly. You’re always moving—helping the bar, clearing tables, and resetting the room.
