 The Pub Durango is bringing an Irish neighborhood pub to North Main built on hospitality, warmth, and making people feel at home. We’re opening this summer (July target) and building a team that leads with a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and genuine care for guests.

Irish hospitality is simple: everyone is welcome, and everyone is looked after.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Cook: Deliver consistent, high-quality food with care. You’re part of the experience just as much as the front of house every dish matters.

• Bartender: Create a welcoming, lively bar experience. You set the pace and energy, engaging with guests, keeping drinks flowing, and making sure no one feels overlooked.

• Server: Make guests feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. You guide the experience with attentiveness, warmth, and efficiency... you're always thinking ahead.

• Host: Be the first smile guests see. You create the first impression, manage the flow, and make every guest feel acknowledged right away.

• Hybrid Busser / Barback: Support the team and keep everything running smoothly. You’re always moving helping the bar, clearing tables, and resetting the room.
